Packaging

We take great care in preparing every order, ensuring it is packaged responsibly and arrives with you in excellent condition. Our materials are chosen with intention: recyclable, biodegradable or compostable wherever possible, and always free from unnecessary plastics.

Each parcel is assembled by hand, with the same attention to detail we give to our products.

Lead time

All orders are crafted, finished and packed in small batches. Our usual lead time is 3–5 working days, though this may extend during busy periods such as seasonal holidays or product launches.

We will always prepare your order as promptly as possible and dispatch it using your chosen shipping method.

UK delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Orders over £40 – Free Standard Delivery (3–5 business days)

Orders under £40 – Standard Delivery: £3.95 (3–5 business days)

Express Delivery – (1-2 business days): £5.95

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be included where applicable.

International orders

At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly from our Website.

Availability

As a small‑batch maker, we work with fresh ingredients and seasonal botanicals. From time to time, certain products may be temporarily unavailable while we await fresh supplies or complete a new batch.

If an item in your order is not immediately available, we will contact you to discuss the best option, whether that is dispatching available items, waiting for the next batch, or selecting an alternative.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (where applicable). You may follow your parcel’s progress through Royal Mail’s tracking service.

Holiday closures

From time to time, we may take short breaks during public holidays or planned rest periods. During these times, dispatch of physical products may be temporarily paused.

Any orders placed during a holiday period will be prepared and shipped once we return, in the order they were received.

Whenever a pause is active, we will display a dated notice at the top of this page so you know what to expect before placing an order.
