Product availability may change depending on our production schedule and ingredient supply. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you so you may choose an alternative Product, wait for the next batch, or receive a refund.
We may update or discontinue products at any time. Prices and product descriptions may also change without notice.
Important: Old Earth Botanica does not offer medical advice, nor do we claim that our products can treat or cure any health conditions. Any information provided about ingredients relates solely to their traditional or general cosmetic properties. Purchasing from Old Earth Botanica
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and payment must be successfully processed before an order can be confirmed. If a payment attempt is declined or incomplete, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you so you can update the payment method. All payments are taken in GBP.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, the pricing shown on our website does not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs fees, or import charges. These costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

Shipping & delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel passes to you. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary, and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processes, or events outside our control.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries. If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@oldearthbotanica.co.uk and we will look into it for you.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. We assess damage claims individually and will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Returns
Because our products are handmade, cosmetic in nature, and created in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each item is carefully crafted, checked, and hand‑packed to ensure it leaves the cottage in perfect condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective goods.
